List transaction refunds

/api/v1/transactions/:id/refunds

Lists the completed refunds of a transaction owned by the authenticated merchant, oldest first. Requires the transactions:read scope. Pending or failed refund attempts are not listed. Each refund carries the same transactionId, amount, and refundedTipAmount as its payment.refunded webhook, so a consumer can reconcile refunds it missed without double-counting delivered ones. A transaction owned by another merchant or location returns 404.
