POST/api/v1/me/resend-verification-email
Re-sends the Firebase email-verification link to the current authenticated merchant/agent portal user, so an unverified account can self-cure and clear the EMAIL_VERIFICATION_REQUIRED gate on sensitive operations (#1576).
