Authorize an immutable finite installment plan
Attests explicit customer authorization of every stage and binds it to a scoped active saved card. A changed plan or replacement card requires a new plan identity and fresh authorization. Availability depends on the payment configuration for the location.

Inquire the exact installment operation
Read-only lookup retains the original operation identity. Unknown, missing, failed or inconclusive lookup preserves UNKNOWN and its dispatch fence.
Dispatch one due installment attempt
Gateway derives processor counts, MIT indicators and original NTI from the committed plan. Attempt identity is deterministic. Duplicate dispatches only inquire; a subsequent explicit attempt requires the previous definitive decline. Missing/unknown inquiry is never permission to debit again.
Record a definitive early or partial payment
A stable external payment identity reduces only this stage. A fully paid stage is skipped without renumbering the plan. An in-progress/unknown Gateway attempt cannot be adjusted. This is an authenticated merchant assertion, not a Gateway inquiry into another tender.
Revoke future installment dispatch
An already claimed unknown operation still requires inquiry. Revocation never turns unknown into no-payment authority.
