Get subscription MRR report

GET 
/api/v1/reports/subscriptions/mrr

Current MRR (interval-normalized over ACTIVE/PAST_DUE/TRIALING subscriptions) and MRR-at-risk (open dunning cases' amount_at_risk, falling back to PAST_DUE/paused subscriptions when no case is open). Omit merchantId/locationId for a platform-wide aggregate.
