Merge customer

POST 
/api/v1/customers/:sourceCustomerId/merge-into/:targetCustomerId

Merges one customer row into another within the same organization. All gift cards, subscriptions, and saved payment methods move from the source to the target atomically. Returns the per-table row counts that were re-parented and flags whether the underlying customer_identities rows were collapsed.
